After Tokaido, a new adventure awaits you!
In Namiji, you embark to discover the wonders hidden between the reefs in the south of the Japanese archipelago.
Namiji, the new game by Antoine Bauza, is the successor to Tokaido and takes place in the same universe. In this new game, you will go on a fishing boat and discover many marine wonders.
Namiji is a spiritual successor to the game Tokaido. However, it is independent of the latter; Tokaido is not required to play Namiji.
Players take on the role of fishermen from ancient Japan sailing south of the Japanese archipelago, a few kilometers from the famous Tokaido. You will have to make the most of your day at sea to win the game.
To do this, you will have the opportunity to contemplate magnificent marine species, to fish with a line and a net to fill your trap with colorful fish, and to raise your shellfish trap. You will be able to take advantage of stops to improve your fishing equipment and you will also have to sail your paper offerings to satisfy the maritime deities - or fulfill their wishes using the Sacred Rocks, in exchange for rewards.
